Words were created to communicate, not tear each other down, or to belittle one another. However the enemy always finds a way to take a good thing and make it evil. Including words.

Words can tell one persons opinion of another. However, like one of Les Brown’s mentors said “one persons opinion of you, doesn’t have to become reality”. Most people’s opinion of you is wrong anyway, your own opinion of yourself is sometimes wrong.

You are in my life to edify me and to help me excel or to tear me down. To root me on, or to slow me down, to pray for me or to curse me.

Choose you this day why you are in my life. If it is to edify and help me excel, to root me on, to pray for me I look forward to our future together. However if you are going to tear me down, slow me down and curse me please exit to the left.

The problem with that statement is people will not tell you the truth. You have to find out the hard way why they are really in your life. We ignore “red flags” and forgive when they hurt us. It really is true what they say: Hurt people hurt people. So, when a person shows you who they are, belive them.

Lets begin to be true to ourselfs, forgive and edify one another. We all have a birth date and an expiration date. Please purposly do as much good as you can in each others life before we expire.
